If you are shipping an item over $50, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Returns / Exchanges
Our return policy starts 7 days after you received the product from the mail. (It does not include delivery time). After 7 days, sales are final.
Shipping cost for return products will be borne by you. Shipping costs cannot be reimburse and its non-refundable.
Additional Non-Returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items, such as underwears, briefs, and compression garments
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order No.)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return(s)/refund(s).
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account. There is no cash refund(s).
Refund(s) are calculated based on full paid price. If you purchase amount of i.e. $100 less shipping cost, less bank charges gives you the net amount you received from us will not be $100 but less after all the deduction(s). If you are living overseas and if there's an additional bank charges for transfer(s), the cost will be borne by you. All refunds is done via PayPal.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, (in definition, item(s) that is purchased at fixed full price), unfortunately sale items, discounted items by promo codes, offers are not eligible for refunds.
